The 25 best new restaurants in the country, according to diners

America's most exciting new restaurants aren't just opening in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami — they're opening nationwide.

A Yelp ranking of the best new restaurants in the US shows diners are gravitating toward big, experience-driven meals, from trendy steakhouses and Indian restaurants to lavish brunches and live-fire cooking.

To make the list, Yelp ranked 25 of the country's best new full-service restaurants based on a few key factors, including review volume and individual ratings from diners.

To be eligible, restaurants had to open after January 1, 2025, and have a passing health score. Yelp also reviewed data through June 11, 2026, to ensure reviews remained positive well after the business first opened.
